As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Skopje office and help lead our Meta Ads efforts.

We’re looking for a talented and results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Skopje. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms. Your work will directly impact the growth of our clients through strategic targeting, creative testing, and data-driven optimization.

• Plan, build, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
• Conduct audience research and set up advanced targeting and retargeting strategies
• Create and test ad creatives and copy in collaboration with our design team
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost efficiency and ROAS
• Set up and manage events, pixels, and conversion tracking
• Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Events Manager
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation
• Analytical mindset with a creative edge for ad testing
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with team and clients
• Strong written and spoken English
